The Annapolis West Health Foundation has always been about supporting the healthcare needs of the people in the communities of Annapolis West. The Annapolis Community Health Centre and the two collaborative practices based in Annapolis Royal are their first stop for health care.
Working with our partners we currently give financial support in seven key areas:
- Van Transportation Program
- Palliative Care Program
- Annapolis County Seniors Safety Program
- Equipment Funding Program
- Annapolis Community Pool
